TIS was consulted/commissioned to undertake a traffic survey for Cowra precinct for methodology in deciding the location of the new bridge. Our team had a meeting with Cardno Engineers to understand the purpose of the survey and assists with creating the OD survey for this project. The survey entailed collection of 15 intersections, 32 OD stations and travel time survey, 53 queue length survey over 3 days of survey with period of 8 hours per day.
