TIS was commissioned on annual basis to undertake full traffic count of the 3 intersections which provide primary access routes routes for the Double Bay Shopping Centre carpark.Concurrent to the above TIS was also required to record the number of vehicles which ingress/egress the carpark. The surveys were undertaken during the Christmas period to provide peak retail traffic circumstances.
