TIS was commission to undertake a peak hour saturation flow analyses of the Monaro Highway. The survey involved the collection of 30 samples of green phases across the peak periods and a concurrent full count by each traffic lane the number of vehicles which cleared the intersection to determining the representative approach/intersection saturation flow.
